If 1 Earth year = 5,867,337.0229 years everywhere else outside our solar system. How much time (in years) would pass every else in the universe for every 1 Earth hour, 1 Earth day, and 1 Earth week?

This is for a fantasy sci-fi story where Earth's time is much slower compared to the rest of the universe where time moves normally (note that I am aware that is kinda the case in space but again sci-fi fantasy)
