Number of chirps depends on the temperature. If you plotted the two pieces of info in an x-y coordinate plane with y depending on x (chirps depends on tenp), the given points would be plotted as:
(91, 104) and (99,128). Change in y = 128 - 104 = 24. Change in x = 99 - 91 = 8.
The slope is rise / run, change in y / change in x, or in this case 24/8 = 3. That is the slope between those two points.
Using (91, 104) as the point with m = 3 results in:
y - 104 = 3(x - 91)
y = 3x - 273 + 104
y = 3x - 169
