Mean means average, so add up all values and divide by sample size; in this case, 10.
Mean=(43.4+38.6+38.1+45.8+23.9+61.4+61.4+51.2+47.4+61.4)/10
Mean=47.26
Median means the value that falls directly in the middle of the sample, so first, write the values in numerical order from smallest to largest:
23.9, 38.1, 38.6, 43.4, 45.8, 47.4, 51.2, 61.4, 61.4, 61.4
Now, given sample size 10, the middle position is between 5 and 6, so we average those two values to get the median:
(45.8 + 47.4)/2= 46.6
Median=46.6
Finally, mode means the value that appears most frequently in a dataset. You can see from this that that is 61.4, which appears three times.
Mode=61.4
