Hi Dylan,
Point-slope is:
y-y1=m(x-x1)
y1=y-coordinate
x1=x-coordinate
m=slope
So:
y1= -4
x1= -6
m= -1/7
Equation:
y -(-4)=(-1/7)(x--6)
Simplifying:
y+4=-1/7(x+6)
