I do not see a graph so I am not sure what you are looking at. However, in general, follow these rules:

1. if it is a continuous graph (no cut in the graph), then find the point at x=-1 and see what the y value is. 2. If it is a piece-wise function, look at the point at x=-1 that has a colored-in circle if there is also a hollow circle.
