The hardest part about these percentage problems is setting them up. After that, it's just algebra.
Let x = the amount of 60% fruit juice and y be the amount of 100% fruit juice.
x + y = 38
0.60x + 1.00y = 0.8(38) = 30.4
There are two unknowns and two equations. Can you solve for x and y from this point?
