The first part can be integrated by parts (twice)

∫x²7^3x+1dx = |u=x², du=2xdx, dv=7^3x+1dx, v=(1/ln(7))7^3x+1| =

=(x²7^3x+1)/ln7- 2/ln7∫x7^3x+1dx = again integrate by parts and you are done. The rest is elementary. Hope this helps
