asked 07/08/23How many hands could I play.
If I have 100 units worth $10 each, and lost 1/3 of 1% of every hand of blackjack , how many hands could I play before I lost the $1,000 bankroll?

Hi Dan!
You start off with $1,000. It states in the question that you lose 1/3 of 1% each hand so you can multiply the two to get that you lose 0.0033% every hand. Since your units are $10, you multiply $10 by 0.0033% to get $3.33 lost every hand. Dividing this by your total bankroll of $1,000, you get that you can play approx. 300 games.
Hopefully this helps! Let me know if you have any questions!

Do you lose a portion of a unit? Or do you lose a portion of the bankroll? How much do you bet on each hand? Check the post for accuracy?07/08/23
