Vertical angles are formed when 2 lines intersect. They are the angles opposite each other. Vertical angles are defined to be congruent.
To determine the measure of angle B, You would set angle A and angle B equal to each other.
m∠A=m∠B
(7x−19)∘ = (6x+3)
7x - 6x -19 +19= 3+19
x = 22
Now, use the value of x to determine the measure of angle B
m∠B=(6x+3)
m∠B= 6(22) + 3
m∠B= 135°
We can check and verify that m∠A is the same
m∠A = (7x-19)
m∠A = 7(22)-19
m∠A=135
