In the line 2x-4y = 8 you just set x equal to zero to find the y intercept

y intercept is when x = 0 so

-4y = 8, y =-2

You set y = 0 to find the x interecept

x intercept is when y = 0 so

2x = 8

x = 4

Just plot those two points on a coordinate grid and draw a connecting line through them
