For each 4 tie dye shirts, there is a corresponding silk screened shirt, so we can group the 230 shirts in groups of 5, in each group four of the five are tie dye shirts. Hence four fifths of all shirts (230) are tie dye shirts:

230 x 4 / 5 = 184
