Math, microeconomics or criminal justice
g(m) = 472.6 -m/34
c) 472.6 gallons = the tank capacity, the gallons when full, super big tank
a) g(80) = how much is left after driving 80 miles, = about 470.25 gallons
b) g(330) = how much is left after drivng 330 miles= 462.89 gallons
34 = mpg, high mileage car
you could drive this car over 16,000 miles without refueling. It's a magical car.
maybe the problem was intended to read
g(m) = (472.6 -m)/34
g(80)=11.55 gallons left
or maybe the decimal point is off and it should read 47.26 gallons capacity
