just replace x with -x and the graph is reflected across the y axis (x=0)
y = 3^[3sqr(-x)]
(x,y) becomes (-x,y)
be sure to put the negative sign inside the radical
y=3^[3(-sqrx)] is a reflection about y=x+1, not about x=0, the y-axis
y=-3^[3sqrx] is a relection about y=0, the x-axis
IF, by chance, you meant y=[3^3]sqrx= 27sqrx, then
the reflection across the y axis is y=[3^3]sqr(-x)=27sqr(-x)
just replace x with -x
