What value of x makes the equation 8(2.5x + 3.2) = 3 + (-x+ 1.6) true?

I got -1 but I am making sure that this is correct.

8(2.5x +3.2)

= 8(2.5(-1)+3.2)

= 8(-2.5+3.2)

= 8(.7)

= 5.6

the right side =

3 + (-x +1.6)

= 3+ (--1+1.6)

= 3 + (1+1.6)

= 3+2.6

= 5.6
