The answer is B! Setup a tutoring session with me. It seems you would need tutorial about slopes and understand them.

An x-intercept occurs when y = 0; A y-intercept occurs when x = 0
You're looking for points (-5,0) and (0,5)
Plug 0's into the equations for x and then for y and see what happens. (You could also graph the equations)
A. y = x - 5
If x = 0, y = - 5 (no good, y-intercept should be 5)
B. y = x + 5
If x = 0, y = 5 (0,5) OK
If y = 0, 0 = x + 5, x = -5 (-5,0)
So the answer is B
Only B & D are possible answers. In the form y = mx + b, b is the y-intercept and must be positive 5.
D has the wrong x intercept.
You can check by plotting the line on Desmos Graphing Calculator.
You can also check the other two equations as well to eliminate them.
