How to find x and y in Special Right Triangles using the Pythagorean Theorem?

I have a right triangle with 90 and 30 degree angles and 15 as my hypotenuse, I’m not sure on how to find x and y which are the short and long legs

have sides opposite the angles

= 15/2 - 15(sqr3)/2 - 15

x=7.5

y= 7.5sqr3

15^2 = 7.5^2 +(7.5sqr3)^2

225 = 56.25 +56.25(3)= 56.25(4)= 225
