What is a ugly fraction??

I'm confused. Can someone explain to me what a ugly fraction is?? Is it a math term? Or does it mean that the fraction will just look messy?

It is not a math term, although some people may call a fraction ugly if it is an improper fraction (such as 11/2) or if it can be simplified (such as 300/900, it is better to simplify it as 1/3). I think all fractions are beautiful in their own ways :,)
