Those are numerous. I'm going to assume that by "achievements" you mean "things he did," because he (as you can tell by his name) did a lot of terrible things. He did also do a lot of very interesting things too!
On the objectively good side:
- He introduced the first printing press to Russia (though this did make some of the writers mad and resulted in an arson attack).
- He created local self-government across Russia, particularly among the north-eastern peasantry.
- He revised the law code and fundamentally changed the government so that it added a parliament.
On the objectively bad side:
- He created a secret police force (The Oprichniki)
- He later created serfdom for the peasants of Russia
- Would supposedly lock treasonous scholars in the mysterious "Library of Ivan", which has never been found.
- In a fit of rage he killed his own son.
Among many, many, other things.
Another cool fact about Ivan the Terrible: Supposedly he died playing chess. In the middle of the game he paused, knocked over his king (which means he admitted defeat), and then just died.
