I need help here

Mason had a total of 960 seashells in Containers A and B at first. In the morning, 1/5 of the seashells in Container A were moved to Container B. In the afternoon, 1/4 of the seashells in Container B were moved to Container A. There were 180 more seashells in Container A than in Container B in the end. How many more seashells were there in Container A than in Container B at first?
