Looks like the vertex is (3, -4) and it crosses the x-axis at 1 and 5, which would be the solutions for x.
y = a(x-h)2+k
y = a(x-3)2-4
0=a(5-3)2-4
4a = 4
a=1
y=(x-3)2-4 = x2-6x+5 = (x-1)(x-5)
x = 1,5 when y=0
