Math, microeconomics or criminal justice
g(x) = 2x+3
g(3) = 2(3)+3 = 6+3 = 9
g(3) = 9
UNLESS maybe you're using G(x) as the integral of g(x)?
then
g(x) is the the derivative of G(x)
G'(x) = g(x)
G'(x) =(2x+3)' = 2
then g(3) = 2
