2x+6/5= 4x-3

2x = 6/5 +3 = 21/5

x = 21/10 = 2.1 which is not = 7/6

so maybe you meant

(2x+6)/5 = 4x-3? if so then

2x+6 = 20x -15

18x = 21

x = 21/18 = 7/6

insert parentheses, and it's easier to see what the problem is
