the twin primes come to mind, like 11 and 13, 1 either side of an even number
5 and 7, 17 and 19,
41 and 43
getting close to 100, 41+43 = 84 maybe as close as twin primes get to 100
57 and 59? sum to 116, that's as close as 41+43, both off by 16
or maybe it's meant to add up more than 2 twin primes or any number of primes to get 100?
41 + 59 = 100? are 41 and 59 prime? seem to be.
go with 41 and 59
but there are 43, 47, and 53 primes" between them, making them less "contiguous" but still relatively close as primes go
