A store is having a sale on trail mix and jelly beans. For 3 pounds of trail mix and 5 pounds of jelly beans, the total cost is $23. For 6 pounds of trail mix and 2 pounds of jelly beans, the total cost is $20. Find the cost for each pound of trail mix and each pound of jelly beans.

t=$2.25 per lb for trail mix

j=$3.25 per lb for jelly beans

3(2.25)+5(3.25)

=6.75)+16.25

=23

6(2.25)+2(3.25

=13.5+6.5

=20
