cone has a diameter of 238 inches? maybe that's supposed to read 2.38 inches?
238 inches = 238/12 = nearly 2 feet wide, and 6 inches high? that's a very flat cone.
but go with it as written. although it's not written in stone.
volume of a cone = 1/3 of a cylinder = (1/3)pir^2 = pi(238/2)(1/3) = 169pi/3
=176.98 = about 177 cubic inches
try it as 2.38 inch diameter, then radius = 1.69 inches
volume = (1/3)pi(1.69)^2 = about 2.99 = 3 cubic inches
= about 60 times smaller in volume
than when the diameter = 238 inches
