Let the number of tickets sold to children be 'x'
and the number of tickets sold to adults be 'y'
x + y = 325 -(Equation 1)
4x + 8y = 2100 -(Equation 2)
From Equation 1,
x = 325 - y
Using the substitution method to substitute the value of x in Equation 2:
4(325 - y) + 8y = 2100
=> 1300 - 4y + 8y = 2100
=> 4y + 1300 = 2100
=> 4y = 800
=> y = 800 / 4
=> y = 200
So, 200 tickets were sold to the Adults.
Now, substitution the value y = 200 in Equation 1
x + 200 = 325
=> x = 325 - 200
=> x = 125
Therefore, 125 tickets were sold to children and 200 tickets were sold to Adults.
