3. The following instructions to make mashed potatoes are found on a box of instant potat flakes. Convert the recipe so that it makes 20 servings of potatoes.

1.5 cups water

2 tablespoons butter

1.5 cups milk

2 cups potato flakes

0.5 teaspoon salt

Combine water, milk, salt, and butter. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add potato flakes, stir, and let stand 30 seconds to 1 minute until moisture is absorbed. Fluff with fork. Makes 8 servings.
