find point p that partitions with a ratio of 1:3 where A(-4,3) and B(0,7)

So far the only part solved is

X=-4+1/4•(4/1)

Y=3+1/4•(4/1)

Seems like you've got it? (-3, 4), because -4+1=-3 and 3+1=4
