usually there's a monthly fee plus another fee per day or per hour
so, for example
club A charges a $40 monthly fee plus $1 per hour
club B charges $10 monthly fee plus $2 per hour
they will cost the same when
40+h = 20+2h
20 = h = 20 hours
if you are using the club more than 20 hours per month, then Club A is cheaper
use less than 20 hours per month and Club B is cheaper
use the club 10 hours per month then club a costs$50 while club b costs $30
