Company A charges $75 plus $0.25 for every mile driven. Company B charges $50 plus $0.75 for each mile. For how many miles is company B less expensive than company A?

IF you set them equal and then ask "from here who costs more" it must be the one that charges 75 per X(x= mile) not the one that charges .25 per mile. The breakpoint is 2 if you solve the equation. Thereafter we know which is more expensive
