Can also use slope-intercept form;
slope = rise/run = (4 - (-3))/(3 - (-3)) = 7/6
y = mx + b. Use slope m = 7/6 and one of the two points to find b:
4 = (7/6)(3) + b
4 = 7/2 + b; b = 1/2
y = (7/6)x + 1/2
