It's a hard question to answer. Microsoft did a study that found that most people have the attention span of a goldfish...about eight seconds. So, on the one hand, you could say that introductions are very important since you don't have much time to grab the attention of the audience. On the other hand, people remember first what you say last. This indicates that a good conclusion is vital. And then of course content is the whole purpose of the presentation. It seems pretty hard to narrow down the answer to just two choices. :-)

There are many important ELEMENTS of a presentation, such as 'know your audience' as mentioned before by Marilyn, but the question says PARTS of a presentation. If someone asked me that, I would reply that a presentation has more than two parts - at least three - introduction, main part, conclusion/ ending/ summary/ appeal. I believe this is a trick question.
