I am a bilingual native English speaker with 25+ years of coaching experience, having worked with over 700 executives and business professionals from leading global organizations. My clients span the United States, China, Russia, Brazil, Japan, Germany, Korea, and many other countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
Over the past 15 years, I have conducted more than 6,000 online coaching sessions focused on real-world communication performance. My areas of specialization include executive presentations, accent modification, business fluency, meeting communication, small talk, job interview preparation, conflict resolution, and pronunciation clarity.
Sessions are highly interactive and tailored to your immediate needs. You are welcome to bring your own materials, and we will adapt the session in real time to focus on what matters most to you professionally.
In addition to my coaching background, I spent 15 years as a Certified Legal Interpreter with the United States Courts (English/Spanish) and trained new interpreters. This experience gives me deep expertise in precision communication, terminology control, and high-stakes language environments.
Although I am a California native, I have lived and worked across multiple cultures, giving me a practical understanding of the challenges faced by global professionals communicating in English.
My coaching style is structured but flexible—combining rigorous speaking practice with feedback, role-play, and practical strategies. Sessions are designed to be challenging, focused, and productive, while remaining supportive, engaging, and fun.

I have had several sessions with Sherri, and I am amazed at how much she has helped me improve in a short period of time. I believe every student would benefit from sessions with her. Sherri has a vibrant personality and a great sense of humor. I was particularly impressed by her patience and her ability to identify the way each student learns best. She pointed out that I tend to share too much information, my sentences aren't well-structured, and I lack vocabulary.
