a) Sketch the region between y = sin x and the x-axis for 0=< x =< pi/2.

b) Divide the interval into 3 equal parts and display the 3 upper and 3 lower rectangles. Hence find the boundaries for the value of ∫ 0 to pi/2 sin x dx.

a) 0.715 < ∫ 0 to pi/2 sin x dx < 1.24
