How do I find the common difference with a term from the sequence and one from the series?

So the question is this:

"If s is an arithmetic sequence (with associated series S) such that s28 = -101 and S4 = 4, find s11 and S20."

I am having difficulty finding the common difference in the sequence because I don't know how to use a term from the sequence and a term from the series to find what I am looking for.

Mark seems to have misread he question slightly. It's actually lower case s28, not capital S28, that equals negative 101. I tried to submit my answer to this problem about 45 minutes ago, but ran into an error message.
