The sampling distribution of ^p can be treated as a normal distribution with a µ = p (0.085 in this question) and a σ=sqrt(p(1-p)/n)=
sqrt(0.085(1-0.085)/1102=
0.0084.
These σ and μ values you can now use on your (graphing) calculator to find your answers. If you don't have a graphing calculator you need to find z score and use tables. Let me know if you need help with that.
