This is a chain rule question.
h'(x) = g'(2+f(x^2-1))*(0+f'(x^2-1))*2x
h'(2) = g'(2+f(3))*(f'(3))*4
f(3) = 3, so
h'(2) = g'(2+3)*f'(3)*4
h'(2) = g'(5)*f'(3)*4
f'(3) = 2, so
h'(2) = g'(5)*2*4
= 8*g'(5)
I don't see what g'(5) is in your table. Is there a missing row?
