and
y =-4x/5 +1
are parallel lines, both downward sloping, 1st with y intercept = 5, the point (0,5),
2nd line has y intercept =1 or the point (0,1). 2nd line is everywhere 4 units below the 1st line
that's assuming you meant y=(-4/5)x +5 when you wrote -4/5x+5
2nd equation: 4x+5y =5
solved for y: y = -4x/5 +5/5 or y=-4x/5 +1 in slope intercept form
