y= a* b^(-3)
point are (-3,8) and (3,-2)
So x= -3, y=8 and another point where x=3, y= -2
So, y= ab^x plug one points value in equation
8=ab^(-3) eq 1 other point where y=ab^x
plug points -2= ab^3 eq 2
divide both equations then b^0 = -4
1= -4
so it has no solution
