If the slope is 0, then you have a straight horizontal line at y = 9. Can't include point (1, -9).

Hi Candace you can look up in your text or online what kind of line has a zero slope. Slope Intercept Form is y = mx + b, where m is the slope, and b is the y intercept, since you are given the slope and the y intercept above you can just plug everything and see how it calculates to y = 9
