My son had first tutoring with Solomon A. and it was awful!

Hi, on Friday, 12/2, my son had training with Solomon A. He was unable to teach him anything, confused him, and could not solve the problem. He charged me for two hours and I did not authorize payment, but it was paid. I would like a refund of that $130 please. We will not be using him again for tutoring. He was a nice person, just not competent in business analytics. Please advise, this was first transaction every with wyzant and I saw there was a first tutoring session guarantee. He actually put my son further behind as he did not have an answer, and went about his version of solving a different way than what should be happening. Was a nightmare.


To the contrary, Jordan, our new tutor, was amazing!


Please advise on refund.
