Slope-intercept form is y = m*x + b where m is the slope and b is the intercept. As Paul have mentioned, you can go from point-slope form to manipulate it to this slope-intercept form. Alternatively, since you are already given the slope m, which is 2, you also have the choice to just substitute the point into x and y to solve for b, the intercept.
