We are given (29,26.23) and (55,22.85).
Slope = (22.85-26.23)/(55-29) = -3.38/26 = -1.69/13 = -0.13
Hence the linear equation will be
y - 22.85 = -0.13 (x-55)
y = -0.13x +30
Thus when x is 59 minutes we see that y = -0.13(59) +30 = -7.67+30 = 22.33
