Math, microeconomics or criminal justice
(2+sqr(5x -1))^2
use the formula (a+b)^2 = a^2 +2ab +b^2,
where a=2, a^2 =4
b=sqr(5x-1), b^2 = 5x-1
2ab= 2(2)(sqr(5x-1)
then
(a+b)^2
= 4 +4sqr(5x-1) + 5x-1
= 5x + 4sqr(5x-1) +3
Unless you intended the square root sign to include only 5x or just 5, instead of 5x-1, but the general method is the same
