First you want to find the slope of the line between the given points (rise/run) which will be 4
To make it perpendicular, you must do the inverse of the slope which will be -4. From there, you will have y=-4x+b and you need to find the b.
To find the b, you just find the y-intercept which will be 0. In the end, the equation will be y = -4x
