The slope-intercept equation of a line is:
y = mx + b where m is the slope, b is the y-intercept.
You're told the slope is -3, so go into the previous equation and replace m by -3.
You're told the y-intercept is 0, so go into the previous equation and replace b by 0.
Once you've replaced m and b, you'll have your answer :)
