Standard form looks like this:
Ax + By = C
The 7 is the constant, so it stays on the right side of the equation.
The "y" is already where it is supposed to be, so we leave it on the left side of the equation.
The 3x is on the wrong side of the equation, so we subtract 3x from both sides of the equation.
Organize according to the Standard Form and we have: 3x - y = 7
