Is it 3/2r or (3/2)r? 11/3r or (11/3)r? I'll assume the latter.

Yes, Addison M., please use parentheses liberally whenever you post a problem in text form. In any event: look for common factors (you should see one easily). Use that to collect those terms on the right side of the equation, then flip each side (exchange numerators and denominators). Just some easy math from there.
