I am going on the assumption that it should read Y = - 4^x - 1

Y(0) = - 4^0 - 1 = - 1 - 1 = -2

Y(1) = - 4^1 -1 = - 4 - 1 = -5

Y(-1) = - 4^(-1) - 1 = - 1/4 - 1 = -5/4
