Solve for "y" in the equation of the line the is parallel to your line. That will give you the equation of the line in "y = mx + b" format. Then the "m" is the slope. A line parallel to that will have the same slope.
Then use the point-slope form of a line which is y - y1 = m(x - x1). In this form, "m" is the slope, and a point on the line is (x1, y1) so x1 = 1 and y1 = 1 in your case. Plug those in as well as the slope you got and you are done.
